3. Account Registration and Eligibility

Maintain and promptly update your account information.
Maintain the security of your account and password.
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

BazaarBear offers various subscription plans with different features and limitations. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to:

Pay all fees associated with your selected plan.
Provide accurate and complete billing information.
Authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan.
Accept that subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

We may change our subscription fees by providing notice at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

5. User Content and Conduct

Users are responsible for all content they post, upload, or otherwise make available through the Services. By posting content, you:

Grant BazaarBear a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content.
Represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to post such content.
Agree not to post content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

Violating any laws or regulations.
Impersonating any person or entity.
Harassing, threatening, or intimidating others.
Posting defamatory, obscene, or offensive content.
Engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services.
Selling prohibited or restricted items.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by BazaarBear and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as follows:

Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. In no event shall BazaarBear, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. BazaarBear does not warrant that (i) the Services will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (ii) any errors or defects will be corrected; (iii) the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components; or (iv) the results of using the Services will meet your requirements.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
